Bronze medal in Delicate Arbequina and gold medal in Market Segment at the 2020 LOS ANGELES EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL AWARDS

The Juncosa Cooperative has received two new international awards for the quality and packaging of Les Cabanes Extra Virgin Olive Oil, PDO Les Garrigues. 

The Sant Isidre de Juncosa Farm Cooperative has won the bronze medal in Delicate Arbequina and the gold medal in Market Segment for best packaging at the 21st edition of the Los Angeles Extra Virgin Olive Oil Awards in Los Angeles, California.

This event is one of the top olive oil contests in the United States and the fifth worldwide, which combines the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in the granting of medals to the best oils from around the globe. The jury, composed of 15 highly qualified judges of different nationalities, has received a total of 600 extra virgin olive oils from 300 producers from different countries, including Algeria, Argentina, Australia, Chile, China, France, Greece, Italy, Japan, Lebanon, Morocco, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, Tunisia, Turkey and the United States.

A new accolade for the Juncosa Cooperative which joins the long list of those received in the last three years and demonstrates the cooperative continues in the line of excellence.
