The Sant Isidre de Juncosa Farm Co-op, prize for the best business initiative of the Les Borges Blanques Oil Fair
The Cooperativa Agrícola Sant Isidre de Juncosa has been distinguished with the prize for the best business initiative of the 59th Fair of Extra Virgin Quality Oil and Les Garrigues de Les Borges Blanques this weekend. The prize recognises the Co-op’s business trajectory, domestic product sales and the new exportation strategies it has put into practice.
The Catalan Minister of Justice, Lourdes Ciuró, was charged with presenting the award to the Co-op’s president, Albert Guiu, at a ceremony held on Saturday morning in the fair’s Gastronomic Space. An award which arrives after receiving 10 international prizes in the past year and after launching new strategies and lines of domestic sales and exportation of the extra virgin olive oil Les Cabanes.
Awards like this one attest to the work and effort of the Cooperativa Sant Isidre de Juncosa, which clearly aims for quality in the making of its products and innovation in extraction procedures.
