The Juncosa Cooperative’s Oil, Grand Prestige Gold in Israel

The Juncosa Cooperative’s oil Les Cabanes Taste of Earth wins the grand prestige gold at Terraolivo IOOC 2023, the well-known Mediterranean International Olive Oil Competition held in Jerusalem.

It’s been a year of celebrations at the Sant Isidre de Juncosa Farming Cooperative, after winning the award for best extra virgin olive oil on various occasions and at multiple competitions which attest to its exceptional quality on the international scene.

This time, it has done it at Terraolivo, one of the most important and influential competitions in the world, held in the month of June in the city of Jerusalem. In previous months, it had also won the gold in New York, London and Japan, as well as the recognition for the best oil in Catalonia produced by a cooperative at the ESAO Awards.

The gold medal obtained with the oil Les Cabanes Taste of Earth is a clear testament to the Juncosa Cooperative’s focus on excellence and dedication in every stage of the production process and demonstrates that the Les Garrigues region is an optimal spot for achieving a top quality olive oil.
