Tasting note

Mild green-ripe fruity profile. In the mouth it is sweet, with an evident but simultaneously gentle spiciness, a perceptible bitterness and mild astringency in the mouth. Secondary plant aromas, with clear connotations of cut grass, notes of tomato or vegetables, as well as clear touches of almond, or ripe banana, which defines its sweetness in the mouth. The resulting combination is a gentle oil.
