Israel awards the extra virgin olive oil Les Cabanes for the second year in a row

The Juncosa Cooperative brings home the Grand Prestige Gold

The Sant Isidre de Juncosa Farm Cooperative has been awarded for the second year in a row at the event TerraOlivo IOOC in Israel, the international olive oil competition of the Mediterranean. Specifically, the extra virgin olive oil Les Cabanes Taste of Earth has once again been given the Grand Prestige Gold Medal for its great quality. This award joins the 21 previous ones already won by the Cooperative in the last three years.

The goal of the competition is to raise awareness on the best extra virgin olive oils from various zones and origins in the global and Israeli oil industry. This year’s edition, the eighth, was held from 21 to 24 June and presided over by more than thirty judges.

This new accolade once again recognises the quality of the Juncosa Cooperative’s oil on an international level. Including this one, the extra virgin olive oil Les Cabanes has won 7 awards this year so far, a result rooted in the great work and effort of the Cooperative’s members and workers.
